Welcome to B5 Stat Tracker. By accessing or using our web application located at https://stattracker.slaprubber.dk/ (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
B5 Stat Tracker provides users with tools to track, analyze, and store statistics related to Baseball5. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.
2. USER ACCOUNTS
To use certain features, you may be required to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate and current information.
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that are inactive for an extended period or that violate these Terms.
3. USER CONDUCT AND CONTENT
You are solely responsible for the data and content you input into the App. You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, or international laws.
- Input fraudulent, misleading, or “fake” statistics intended to manipulate rankings or community data.
- Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the App, including bypassing security measures or “scraping” data without permission.
- Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- Our Content: The App’s interface, design, code, and original content are the property of Slap Rubber and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
- Your Content: You retain ownership of the data you input. However, by using the App, you grant us a license to host, store, and display that data as necessary to provide the service to you.
5. ACCURACY OF DATA
B5 Stat Tracker is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any statistics tracked within the App. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Slap Rubber SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
